Why are CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combined?
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1–29), is a short-acting analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that acts on the ghrelin receptor. Because they act on two different receptors involved in growth hormone release, the pair is frequently studied together, and the CJC Ipamorelin combination is one of the best-known peptide stacks.
Neither peptide is approved by the FDA. This vial is supplied for laboratory research only.

Blend vial or separate peptides?
A pre-combined CJC Ipamorelin vial fixes the ratio at 1:1 by weight and halves the number of vials to store and record. That suits studies built around equal amounts of both peptides, and it removes a weighing and mixing step.
Where a different ratio is needed, or where one peptide is studied without the other, single products give more control: Ipamorelin is available on its own as a 5 mg vial. Note that the CJC-1295 in this blend is the no-DAC form; the long-acting form is sold separately as CJC-1295 with DAC.
Storage and handling
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are normally kept sealed, cold and protected from light and moisture until they are used. Allow a refrigerated vial to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation, and once a vial has been opened or reconstituted for laboratory work, store and handle it according to your laboratory’s own procedures.
